What’s spring without daffodils?

They are not native, or a plant we squirrels eat, but it’s cheery to run past them. In fact, we always run past them. They make us sick if we eat them, so we squirrels never dig up daffodils.

Humans love them, and so do we squirrels. Though those delicious bulbs are harder to find when the clever humans hide them among nasty-tasting daffodils.
