Oh, Nancy, thanks for asking. Sunflower chips are nice. We–er, the birds don’t have to open them. If you don’t mind a bit of a mess, the Black Oil Sunflower are a cheaper option (but you end up with the hulls spread around) Most songbirds eat these. With mixes they often kick out the the seeds they don’t like, leaving them wasted on the ground.
Thanks for the reminder. I’m out of bird feed. What do you recommend?
